Rusted manhole cover

This manhole cover had completely lost it's structure in the centre and was dangerous. The new cover was larger than the original size so was cut out to fit. Then cemented back in after the drain was cleaned and tested to make sure all was working fine.

Toilet Pan change

This toilet had a change of toilet pan. The original was fitted to the floor and the customer wanted a new wall hung pan fitted. The job entailed removing the tiles carefully from the back of the pan and also removing the floor pan. When this was done the tile underneath the toilet had to be removed and a new tile cut and put back as the original had two drill holes in it from the original toilet fixings. The grout was matched. When finished it looked like it had always been there. The frame was built to house the new hanging frame and a new back was fitted and painted as the customer wanted it to blend in with the wall paint behind.

Front garden renovation & painted house

With this project the garden wall was wobbling and mostly removed and rebuilt. Then strengthened and rendered. A new garden path was created and tiled. To finish off the design, new rails were fitted on the walls between the pillars and a new gate to match. The front door was removed and a new door was fitted and rendered in. The internal part of the door was made good and wallpapered to match the original design and painted. It looked as if the door had always been there.  The soffit, fascia,  guttering, rails, gate, house and walls  were also repainted. The front of the house now has a new fresh look.

Bathroom Revamp

This bathroom was completely redesigned. The bath was taken out and in its place to create more space a shower and wall hung basin were installed. The customer wanted as little damage as possible and did not want to change the tiles. The area below the basin, where the bath was originally I created a wooden in-fill to hide this as the tiles were not available anymore. The boxing in to the right was created and the original tiles from the  splash back to the old Basin were cleaned up and used to create a top which then followed through to the back of the toilet. With the space now available in the room I created a stud wall to house the washing machine with a shelf above to put the tumble drier. The customer wanted to finish the rest of the room themselves at a later date when they had decided on their paint scheme.
